Your personal data is collected by the company HORUS SOLUTIONS, which acts for the processing operations described below as data controller.

* When we have concluded a contract with you as suppliers, service providers or partners;

* **f)** Sending information and commercial proposals;
* **g)** Billing management and recovery of our invoices;
* **h)** Monitoring our prospects;
* **i)** Management of requests made by telephone, the site or by e-mail;

* **k)** Monitoring the relationship with our suppliers, service providers and partners;

**The legal basis**:

These personal data processing operations involve transfers outside the European Union. * **The right to rectification**: if the personal data is inaccurate, they can request that the information be updated.
* **The right to delete data**: users can request the deletion of their personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
* **The right to withdraw consent** for processing operations based on consent.
* **The right to restrict processing**: users can request Horus Solutions to limit the processing of personal data in accordance with the scenarios provided for by the GDPR.
* **The right to object to data processing**: users can object to their data being processed in accordance with the scenarios provided for by the GDPR. The **HLI** application, in this case, will not be able to integrate the data subjects in the relevant modules.
* **The right to portability**: they can request that Horus Solutions return the personal data they provided in order to transmit it to a new service provider.

Any request must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid, signed identity document and mention the address at which the publisher may contact the applicant. The response will be sent within one month of receiving the request. This one-month period may be extended by two months if the complexity of the request and/or the number of requests so require.

## Article 6 - Data Retention Policy
Horus Solutions retains your data for the period necessary to provide you with its services or assistance.
Data of clients, suppliers, service providers, and partners are retained for up to 5 years after the end of the contract, except for connection logs which are retained only up to 12 months. Prospect data is retained for up to 3 years after the last contact.
These periods are intended to allow us to satisfy the legal or regulatory obligations that fall on us, to resolve disputes, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

This data protection policy is governed by the regulations applicable to personal data, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation EU 2016/679 of 27 April 2016) and applicable national legislation.
